MINIMUM ORDERS: We gladly accept any size order with no small order fee. Typographical errors & Price updates: All product information and prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pictorial errors. The photographs and diagrams included are for illustrative purposes only, and may not be exact. In the event there is a misprint, we reserve the right to correct pricing. We also reserve the right to inform customers of any price updates or changes. Payment Terms & Credit Policy: If you would like your order to ship immediately, payment must be made by credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. Warehouse pickup orders must be prepaid by credit card before order can be processed. NET TERMS: Existing accounts with Net Terms will be processed according to the terms and conditions of your Credit Agreement Letter. Late Fees will be added to past due open accounts. Failure to pay according to the Credit Agreement will result in account returning to Credit Card status. NSF AND RETURNED CHECKS: NSF and returned checks are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a minimum Return Check Fee of $55.00. Order confirmation & Tracking: Order Revisions: Once an order has been processed any additions will be processed as a new order. If you provide a current email address when placing your order you will receive an email confirmation directly from the shipping carrier that includes your tracking number. Shipping: Shipping via UPS; Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, Overnight 8 am, Overnight 10:30 am, Overnight 4 pm and International are shipped prepaid and added to invoice. Truck freight is sent prepaid and added to invoice. Customer specified carrier will be shipped freight collect on your carriers account number required). A $4.00 handling fee will be applied to the invoice. Saturday Delivery: Although not available to some areas, there is an additional UPS shipping charge for Saturday Delivery. Shipments: All SAME DAY Orders MUST be received by 12:00 noon MST. Air orders received after 12:00 noon will ship the following business day. While we make every effort to get your packages to you by your desired date, we cannot guarantee the timely arrival of your package. Please note neither the shipping company nor Action Lighting Inc. can accept responsibility for delays due to weather. Shipping rates are determined by total weight and dimensions of the packages and the zip code of the destination. We use current UPS shipping tables to determine cost of shipping All Orders Ship F.O.B. Bozeman Montana. Damage or shortage: Thoroughly check your order upon arrival. In the event your order arrives damaged, document damage with USPS or UPS. Call Action Lighting to file a damage claim. Report any shortage to Action Lighting within 5 working days of receipt, after 5 days shortage claims will be denied. Return Policy: Please call Customer Service (1-800-248-0076) for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Items returned MUST have a RA# or they will be refused at the shipper's expense. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the RA#. Returns must be in original package or carton to receive credit. A note describing the reason for the return must also be included inside each carton. The RA# must be clearly written on the outside of all cartons being returned. All merchandise ordered by a customer and returned is subject to 20% restock fee. Returns may be made WITHIN 30 DAYS of Original Invoice Date, NO RETURNS AFTER 30 DAYS. Holiday merchandise must be returned 15 DAYS PRIOR to intended Holiday, NO RETURNS AFTER INTENDED HOLIDAY. Special Order merchandise is NOT returnable. RETURNS WILL BE MERCHANDISE CREDIT ONLY. Shipping services sometimes damage packages! Once you have received your merchandise please plug in your items to make sure they have not been damaged during shipping. Limited Warranty And Responsibility: Action Lighting warrants products for 90 days with proof of purchase (Holiday items are under warranty only until the day of the holiday). Action Lighting shall have no liability whatsoever in any event for payment or incidental or consequential damage, including, without limitations, installation costs and damages for personal injury and property. Products may represent shock or fire hazard if improperly installed or altered in any way. This warranty does not apply to any product which has been improperly installed in accordance with current local codes and/or the National Electric Code. Note On LEDs: LED technology is changing rapidly. LEDs are made in lots and sorted into bins based on wavelength ranges that achieve colors. Products ordered at different times may not have the same color appearance due to variations. (*) LED Dimmable bulbs require an LED compatible Dimmer. Limited LED Warranty: Action Lighting warrants to the original buyer that Action Lighting LED products excluding Christmas, holiday, amusement and special event products, rope lights, and related accessories, will be free of defects in material and workmanship which cause the product to fail to operate in accordance with the performance specifications set forth in documentation published for or provided with the product. This Limited warranty is valid for a period of 3 years from the date of original buyers purchase (the invoice/receipt date) and is based on lamp operation of 12 hours per day, 365 days per year. If any product covered by this limited warranty is returned by the Buyer in accordance with Action Lightings Product Return Policy within the applicable warranty period and Action Lighting determines to its satisfaction that such product failed to satisfy this warranty, Action Lighting will at its option, repair or replace the product or the defective part there of, or reimburse the Buyer for the prorated purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. For purposes of clarity "repair or replace the product or defective part" does not include any removal or re-installation costs or expenses, including, without limitation, any labor costs or expenses, shipping costs to return non-conforming products or any damages that may occur during the return of product to Action Lighting. If Action Lighting chooses to replace the product and is not able to do so because it has been discontinued or is not available, Action Lighting may replace it with a comparable product. This limited warranty is subject to the following additional conditions: 1. The product has been unaltered, correctly handled, wired, installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturers instructions. 2. Records of operating history are kept and available for review by Action Lighting. 3. Action Lighting will request the return of the failed products and possibly the fixtures used to operate them. 4. Original purchase receipt in possession. This limited warranty does not apply to loss or damage or failure to perform caused by any acts of God or from any abuse, misuse, mishandling, abnormal use, power surges, salty & corrosive environments, neglect, or any use or installation in violation of the instructions or restrictions prescribed by Action Lighting or any applicable standard or code. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be aware that your order may be subject to additional charges for duties and taxes by the destination country. These charges are beyond Action Lighting's control. By placing your order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties which may apply. If you refuse delivery of shipment, you are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties, and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
